DATA CENTER COOLING FROM WASTE LNG REFRIGERATION

FOR SIGNIFICANT ENERGY SAVINGS & ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS

TeraCool has created an industrial ecology method - patents pending - that links a data center’s rejected heat and an LNG terminal’s surplus refrigeration via a heat transfer loop. A secondary system utilizing an expansion turbine can produce zero-emissions electricity to supply the data center's IT operations. The method achieves mutual energy conservation, significant cost savings and environmental benefits including air, water and GHG emissions reductions. The IP has additional commercial opportunities in cryogenic and refrigeration applications.
